Personalised Creations For All Occasions opened in June 2012.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to create your special items unless stated on each listing.
Please note creation time does NOT include postage time, please make sure to order with enough time if your item is needed by a certain date. I am located in Perth, Western Australia, postage can take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks to arrive to you once posted.
I use Australia Post or Courier for my orders.
Orders posted with courier will receive tracking information as soon as the parcel is booked in, Orders that are posted with Australia post will be marked "fulfilled" once the items are made, then tracking will be updated once posted with Australia post. Postage costs includes packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Order notes need to be left in the notes section in checkout/reply to order confirmation or contact through facebook, failure to send those details through may lead to a longer creation/processing time for your order.
If you need of your order sooner RUSH orders may be accepted for an additional charge, but please make contact BEFORE checking out a order.
Orders for NON personalised items can be cancelled within 6hrs after this time your items have been put aside or stock has been ordered for your order - 15% restock fee applies.
NO refunds on personalised or custom orders.
With any custom printing and handmade good slight marks can happen in the printing process and are apart of the handmade nature and the product is not defective, all care is taken but sometimes these cant be helped. 
I reserve the right to cancel a order at any time for any reason.
Local Pickup is available free of charge for all orders.
Pickup is in Clarkson, Western Australia.
Any breakages or problems with orders need to be reported within 24hrs of package being marked delivered.
